If I made a meal plan just for you, what would it need to have for you to actually follow it? High protein? Quick meals? Lunchbox-friendly? Dairy-free? Gluten-free? Something else? Tell me below.

31g of protein, one pan, under 40 minutes. 😍
That already sounds useful. Add creamy Parmesan and bright lemon and dinner gets a lot more interesting.
And apparently kid-approved too, leftovers made it into the school lunchboxes the next day.

I eat 200 grams of protein every single day. Here's why I'll never go back to eating less.

I'm active. I lift. My body needs it.

But protein isn't just for people who work out.

It keeps you full. It protects your muscles. It helps your body recover. And most people aren't getting nearly enough without realising it.

You don't need 200g if you're not training like I do. But most women I talk to? They're getting less than half of what they need.

And the best part is I'm currently 6lbs down in just 4 weeks. Not by eating less. By making sure my protein is right every single day.

The hard part isn't knowing you need more protein. It's planning a full week around it without eating chicken and rice on repeat.

That's exactly why I create meal plans inside All Nutritious+ with a registered dietitian:

Protein already calculated
Grocery list done
Prep guide included
Two prep sessions cover the whole week.
A new plan drops every two weeks.

Flourless, gluten-free, 9.5g of protein per slice in a raspberry cheesecake brownie is the kind of number that makes people stop scrolling. 😍 Rich, fudgy, tangy, and very worth the five failed batches.

My whole week, printed out, before I've even opened the fridge.

This stack is the reason I don't think about food all week. 🖨️ And can do more pleasant things than worrying about what to eat. 😄

Grocery list, recipes, prep guide. All printed, all decided before I start.

Every decision I'd normally make on a Tuesday at 6pm? Already made. That's kind of the point.

I share a new meal plan every two weeks *whoop whoop*, and each one comes as printables... Just in case!

📋 A grocery list, sorted and ready for the store
🍽️ A full week of recipes already chosen
📝 A prep guide for what to do ahead and what to leave for the day of

This one's built for back to school season. Around 1,600-2,000 calories a day with 110g+ protein, and two prep sessions cover the entire week.

I'm officially 6lbs down in just 4 weeks. Can you tell from the picture?

Here's what actually did it: protein.

Not cutting carbs. Not skipping meals. Not eating sad chicken and broccoli every night.

I just stopped falling short on protein.

That sounds simple, but hitting 100g+ a day is genuinely hard when you're figuring it out meal by meal. You get to 6pm, you've had 40g, and now dinner has to do all the work. It never does.

So I stopped guessing. My meal plans have it built in.

Over 100g of protein a day, already worked out.
Two prep sessions cover the entire week.
A fresh new plan every two weeks (because I easily get booored).

And I'm not skipping dessert. Protein cookies, muffins, protein balls, all in the plan, all counted.

That's the part that made this actually stick for me. Eating clean and still having some dessert!

I didn't calculate a single thing. I printed, I shopped, I prepped. Done.

If protein is the thing you keep falling short on, this takes the math away completely.

Low-carb tomato soup is not what I expected feta to be helping with, but here we are. 😍
This Tomato Feta Soup is vegetarian, gluten-free, low-calorie, and low-carb, with feta adding that salty, creamy edge that makes it feel completely different from classic tomato soup.

Gluten-free fall baking does not need to mean dry cake and disappointment. ☺
These blondies go completely the other direction: moist, chewy, pumpkin-spiced, and full of melted dark chocolate.

If your current goal is more protein without pushing carbs up, this is the kind of meal that makes sense. ☺
The beef gives you the protein base, while cabbage keeps the carb load low and brings some fibre too.
It only offers 7.4 grams of net carbs, it’s low-calorie, dairy-free, high-protein, and gluten-free.
