Welcome to Odin's Hunger!

I'm Marcus Bjoro a British-Norwegian cook with a love for wild ingredients and fireside feasts. Odin's Hunger is all about hearty food made the old way... with care, character, and plenty of butter.

Each dish is a tribute to the bold, rustic flavours of Scandinavia, from juniper-spiced venison stew finished with sour cream and Norwegian Brunost, to handmade sausages wrapped in soft lompe with mustard and lingonberry sauce. Whether you’re after golden chips fried crisp in clarified butter topped with bacon and chives, or a scoop of caramel cheese ice cream rolled in crushed gingerbread, there’s something here to feed the hunger of gods and mortals alike.

Prepared with heart, served with pride, and always grounded in good ingredients, good stories, and a deep love of food.
