Did you know we used to have Golden Pheasants? 🧐

This was a favourite on the farm, he was called Frankie and was full of character! He was a stunning bird, with stunning colourful feathers🤩

We're proud to call ourselves a free range farm. Unfortuately this meant that Frankie fell victim to a fox. He lived a great and joyous life and that is what we pride ourselves on.

We want to keep this page open and transparent and that means sharing the sad news like this 💔 as well as the fun and exciting thing that happen.

Deaf athletes including our footballers need YOUR help to get funding.

The Government do not recognise the Deaflympics and they do not fund deaf athletes. We, GBDF, are supporting UK Deaf Sport with their campaign, Fair Play for Deaf Athletes. OlympicsGB and ParalympicsGB receive c£612million over a 4 year cycle. UK Deaf Sport are asking for just £3 million, 0.5% of that budget to send a DeaflympicsGB team to the Deaflympics 2025 in Tokyo and build talent/performance pathways. There are 12 million people in the UK with a hearing loss, that’s 1 in 5!
