Waterways and the Minimax offices will be closing early at 12noon on Friday 17th January for staff training and will not open on Saturday 18th January. You can still order salt for delivery through our website at www.waterways.ltd.uk.
If you have a problem with your water softener you can see video instructions on how to bypass the unit on our website under Service & Repairs and we will be able to make you an appointment when we return to the office on Monday 20th January.
