Events such as conferences, seminars, Christmas parties, dinner parties, lunches, cocktail parties, corporate activity days and more. Brenda has a fine sense of occasion with etiquette being paramou

nt. She has a keen eye for presentation and excels at laying and setting tables incorporating spectacular flower arrangements or simple designs. Her organisational skills are second to none. Working with Brenda is Adam Daughtry, Michelin Three Star chef with 20 years experience. Adam gained his stripes at The Dorchester and The Ritz. Adam has a passion for preparing ultimate cuisine using the very best of locally sourced produce. Adam's signature dish is Beef Wellington.
