Delish core.

This was super easy to make. The base is a brioche bread, decided to smother this with nutella and roll it nicely. On top of it, for an extra glaze and shine, I've added a water and sugar concoction! The result? A sweet bread that is not too rich, just a perfect companion for a coffee or a cuppa.

Luckily this year our Orthodox Easter coincides with the Catholic ones, so I get to celebrate in real time. Usually I like to say that I have two Easters. 😋

For this year's treats I have decided on a nutella babka, now the recipe that I've followed from 's youtube was a recipe for two babkas, so just decided to fill the other one with cheese and raisins, to integrate another important component for my Eastern European Easter: paskha. The result? Delishhhhhhhh.
