I prepare your meals for the week and deliver on Thursdays and Sundays so you are sorted for the week!! I deliver within Bedfordshire however happy to discuss any requests to deliver out of this area. Give me a shout!! My passion for cooking started at the age of 5, watching my Mum throw together the most delicious meals. She really is a great cook! Fast forward many years, I met my husband who lo

ves food as much as I do. We would spend the week researching new restaurants to try and then visit over the weekend. I was fascinated by all the different cuisines, colours and flavours on offer so, I decided to bring the tastes from our weekend adventures to the comfort of our kitchen. Think Mediterranean, Asian, African, European, Caribbean, you name it, I love them all and the best part is that they are healthy for all the family to enjoy. Food is my love language so it is my pleasure to bring you a variety of tasty meals and desserts from my kitchen.

After a couple weeks holiday, I’m back to the kitchen. Had a lovely catering event last week and enjoyed prepping this week’s meals. My delivery days have changed to Wednesdays and Fridays and there’s still lots of lovely meals to choose from☺️

Just a few more photos 😊 Day 2 was lots of healthy salads: Jerk Chicken Salad with mango salsa, avocado crema and Lime vinaigrette, chicken caesar salad and roasted red pepper salad. We had some dips too: Baba Ghanoush and Hummus. Everything at Manny’s Kitchen is made from scratch from dressings to sauces and dips so you know exactly what is going in your meals.

Hope you all had a fabulous bank holiday weekend 😊.
The highlight of this week was creating a meal plan for a new customer who wanted a random selection of meals chosen for them for the week. I rustled up a few meals this week before making the best of the beautiful weather.
