It's always a pleasure welcoming my good friend Sergio to Northern Ireland. What a great day in the trade yesterday showcasing his wines from Talamonti d'Abruzzo. We opened, we poured, we tasted, opening new listings in independent shops and a couple of restaurants. We had to eat so obviously we chose Yügo Belfast for lunch.

The evening was topped off by a private event in the beautiful setting of Offing Coffee in Derry, located right on the river, sun shining and wines flowing, including a brand new Pecorino, La Trabochetto, and Montepulciano extra special Riserva, Tre Saggi.

Everyone really enjoyed the evening and the feedback was incredible. The sales on the order sheets at the end proved this. Thank you for the support.

Thank you to Sarah from Gee's Wine Shop in organising, Stephanie from the venue for setting up, and to Sergio Fraudentali for giving his expertise and great story telling on each of the wines.

A wonderful evening at the Michelin starred D'Olier Street restaurant in Dublin for the launch of Cotton Club Cocktails. Introducing a premium portfolio including an Old Fashioned, Habanero Margarita, Negroni and my personal fave, Rhubarb Daiquiri, now that was a whole new taste experience.

The Cotton Club was a famous New York speakeasy in Harlem during prohibition, a glamorous, hidden refuge for expertly made drinks, live music and high society.
