Dark chocolate mousse Cake !
Ingredients
Cake Tin size 18 cm
Sponge mix
Yogurt Greek 154 grm
Water 114 grm
Eggs whole 80 grm
Vegetable oil 100 grm
Espresso coffee 42 ml
Dry ingredients
Plain flour 165 grm
Baking soda 12 grm
Cocoa powder 40 grm
Mix dry with wet ingredients bake at 180 for 35 to 49 minutes
For mousse topping
Egg yolk 50 grm
Milk skimmed 150 ml
Heavy cream 60 ml
White sugar 70 grm
Heat above ingredients in pan until temp reaches to 70 degree Celsius
Then add this mixture to 180 grm of dark chocolate 55% and gelatin 3 grm mix with 18 ml of water , At last add 375 grm of double cream blend it to smooth mixture put top of the sponge and refrigerate overnight next day slice it !
