Dear friends, a bit late today... I know! 🤦‍♀️😅

Today we’ve prepared:

🍲 Smoked meat soup served with sour cream
🍲 Chicken soup with fluffy dumplings
🍗 Oven-baked chicken legs
🥘 Pork stew with polenta
🥬 Creamed spinach with egg
🍚 Rice pilaf
🍖 Pork and chicken schnitzels

We’ve also made yogurt and raisin pie, berry tiramisu, and eggplant salad.

The grill is hot and ready, so we can serve pork neck, mici (Romanian grilled sausages), traditional sausages, pastrami, or why not try our mixed grill platter for 2–3 people for £40.

We’re also preparing for tomorrow: stuffed cabbage rolls, whitebait with garlic sauce, and breaded courgettes 😋.
