Sometimes life simply reminds us of what matters most. ❤️
The last few weeks have been a little different for me. Behind the scenes, Happy Cake has still been busy with cakes, bakes, orders and lots of love, but I also had something much more important to focus on — being there for my daughter as she started a brand-new chapter of her life as a university student. 🎓❤️
I wanted to give her my time, be there for her, help her through this big change and simply enjoy this special moment together. As a mum, I know these moments don’t come around twice.
So things have been a little quiet here… but I’m back!
I have so many things I haven’t shown you yet, and I can’t wait to start sharing them with you, one by one. 🎂🧁✨

Thank you for being here and for continuing to support Happy Cake. ❤️

Another special Mix Berry Cake for one of my wonderful customers who has supported me from day one. 🥹❤️
There’s nothing more precious than someone believing in you from the very beginning and continuing to come back again and again. 🫶
Thank you so much for your trust, support, and for every beautiful order you’ve placed with me along the way! ❤️

🤎 A cake made with gratitude.
Sometimes, you don’t need a special occasion to say “Thank you.”
This cake was made with exactly that message in mind — from the heart and with lots of love. ✨
Rich, chocolatey sponge layers, a smooth Nutella cream, and that deep chocolate flavour that makes every bite an absolute pleasure. 🍫🤎
Because the best gifts aren’t always the biggest ones — sometimes they’re the ones filled with the most love and meaning. ❤️

A cake made for a special welcome. 💚

Delicate rose-infused sponge, rich pistachio cream, and that perfect balance of floral, nutty and sweet flavours that makes every bite memorable.
A sweet welcome for Grandma and Grandpa — because some occasions simply deserve to be celebrated with cake. ❤️

✨ Welcome Home ✨
There’s no sweeter way to say “Welcome Home” than with a cake made with love. ❤️
Crunchy biscuits, a smooth, creamy filling, rich Nutella, and attention to every little detail... finished with the words "Welcome Home" because some moments deserve to be celebrated in the sweetest way.
Home is where the heart is… and cake makes every homecoming even more special. 🏡🍫

There’s something special about creating a recipe from your heart. 💜
This Fresh Mixed Berry Loaf Cake is made from my own recipe, created with lots of love, passion, and a dream that keeps growing every day. 🍓🫐
Maybe one day, when I open my own bakery, this will be one of the first cakes on the shelf. I truly believe that when you want something with all your heart and work hard for it, dreams really do come true. ✨
Until then, I’ll keep baking, creating, and sharing a little piece of my dream with you. ❤️
