For a long time I’ve dreamt about creating Sadie’s Kitchen and helping people feel confident to host friends and family around their own dining table. Great meals should be about delicious food and great company. Sadie’s Kitchen exists to take all the stress away so you don’t have to worry about menu planning, shopping for ingredients or food preparation. We’re making entertaining easy by doing al

l the hard work for you!!! I trained with Leith’s and have created a fabulous kitchen in Billericay, Essex where we make beautiful, fresh and most importantly, great tasting food for you to enjoy in your own home. We would love for you to follow and come along on this journey with us

Where has the last week gone??

We are half way through this week’s Suppers orders and it’s time for a new menu already.

Due to popular demand some of our dishes have stayed on the menu for next week 😊 and some new ones have been added too.

These are now live on the website and available for collection Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June.

Feedback so far has been great, thank you so much to everyone that tried today’s first Midweek suppers!

A quick look at the Mexican Pork on our Suppers Menu…

Marinated in fresh pineapple juice, orange juice, chipotle chillies, and our blend of spices- it’s charred, a little bit spicy, fall apart tender and utterly delicious.

Served with fresh tomato and feta salsa and lime pickled red onions on buttered flatbreads, perfect for two to share as a starter or for one as a main course.

Every one of our Saffron Fish Pies contains lots of Monkfish, Haddock (unsmoked) and huge Tiger Prawns. Our portions are as generous as they come and all weighed out individually so there’s no fighting 😂

The fish is filleted, pin b***d, skinned, trimmed and cut by us and we hand peel and de-vein the tiger prawns too.

A lot of love and care goes into every single one.

You wont find a more generous portion anywhere else 😊

We created Midweek Suppers for people who love good food but don’t always have the time to prepare it from scratch during the week.

We’ve taken care of the shopping, prep, cooking and clean up, leaving you to simply finish the meal and enjoy 💕
