We understand that everyone has bad days, and sometimes things aren’t exactly as you expected. But please remember that our staff are human beings too. They work hard to look after you, prepare your food, serve you and keep the café running.

There is absolutely no need for rudeness, shouting, swearing or disrespect towards our staff.

We also ask that you please remember the other customers enjoying their time in our café. Nobody should have their meal or coffee ruined because of someone else’s behaviour.
