Burning Barn started after a huge fire engulfed a family farm. The fire motivated husband and wife Katherine and Harry to start a Rum brand that was forged from the fire. As third generation apple growers, their new Spiced Apple Rum is the perfect addition to their range and follows on from the success of Smoked, Spiced and Honey flavours.

Tubby Tom’s - a flavour icon slinging Sauces, Dusts, Rubs and more from their Gloucester HQ. Their American BBQ to British Chinese inspired flavours combine with heavy metal and tattoo shop aesthetic to produce a heavyweight contender on the UK condiment scene.
