1 YEAR OF MUSTARD.

It's been a full 12 months since Mustard. launched, and what a year it's been.

Independent hospitality is a tough realm at the moment, but i've LOVED every minute, and I just want to say thank you to everyone for the journey so far, and the parts that you've all played in it.

This Saturday we’re heading to to do what we do best.

Now that we’re getting stuck into 2026 and all that it brings, I just wanted to take some time to re-introduce myself.

I’m Sean, and I run Mustard. A burger brand that takes a nostalgic look back to classic burger flavours, and does them well.

Not only do we work with street food event organisers and music festivals, but we cater for corporate events, weddings, birthdays and a whole host of other private occasions.
