We would like to sincerely thank for their trust. It was a real pleasure to design this buffet with care and creativity.

Every detail matters to create an elegant and delicious experience. We bring our French touch to each event, with homemade creations, made using fresh ingredients and carefully crafted recipes, for truly authentic and delightful flavours.

A delicate balance of textures with a matcha biscuit, a crunchy pistachio-matcha layer, a smooth matcha mousse, a tangy raspberry insert, and a light vanilla ganache, all beautifully coated to capture the essence of a real matcha latte.

☕️ Hot Chocolate : rich, cosy, and irresistible.
It features a fudgy brownie base, a gooey chocolate-caramel heart, a silky milk chocolate mousse, topped with a vanilla whipped ganache and soft marshmallows for that ultimate comfort drink experience.
