I was asked by my friend if I could make a floating wedding cake for her wedding last week. This was one of the hardest things I’ve done and learnt a lot from it! Three tiers, Victoria sponge, chocolate and then lemon. It did look impressive!

If I was to do this again I would use cake dummies with possibly only the bottom tier as a sponge cake.

Training courses and Assessments are required and need to be re taken every three years!
Pleased to announce that I have passed my required Assessments and will now be registering Bluebell Boucakes with my local council!
