The countdown is officially on! Here at Highland Firecage Kitchen, we are absolutely bursting with excitement to bring the sizzle and flavour to the Game Fair at Scone Palace this weekend!

From FRIDAY, July 4th right through to July 6th, we'll be igniting the grills and celebrating Scotland's incredible produce. We can't wait for you to experience the magic of open-fire cooking, with my guest chefs, Michelin-starred Tom Kitchin and the legendary Tony Singh MBE!
