One of the best parts of our roles in recruitment is the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Recently, Magda, Monika and Adrian from our team had the opportunity to work on a recruitment project that did exactly that. From the incredibly warm welcome they received to the conversations, laughter and shared experiences, it was a great reminder of just how rewarding our industry can be.

The project welcomed 25 attendees, with 18 people successfully joining our region. Recruiting from a new community is an exciting step, helping us continue to build a diverse workforce while creating opportunities for people starting their journey with Pro-Force.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to meet with us. We look forward to seeing many of you again soon.

📌Current forklift licence preferred; candidates with strong practical forklift experience will also be considered.

📍 Based in: Tangmere, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 2FT

🕒 Working Hours: 06:00 – 19:00
Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off

🔎 Your role will include:
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
- Checking and verifying order paperwork
