We can't think of a better place to be on a crisp sunny morning than here with the wonderful Bolton parkrun. Gorgeous sunrise, stunning views and a friendly bunch of runners, walkers and volunteers.

Good morning wheels for all!!

Thanks for welcoming us back and giving us the chance to train up one of backup's young people in barista skills and customer service. Thank you to Sean and Nick for stepping in to model in front of Charlie The Mobile Coffee Van....not all our volunteers like being posted on social media.

👟 Today, a wonderful group of runners are lacing up their running shoes and taking on the Bury 10K for BACKUP! 💙

We have some brilliant people taking part, including members of our own BACKUP team, which makes us incredibly proud.

But today is extra special because one of the young people we support through our services is taking part too! 🥹👏

Seeing the young people we support take on challenges, believe in themselves and achieve things they may never have thought possible is exactly why we do what we do.

Every step they take today is helping raise vital funds to support young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, helping them get Back UP and stay Back UP.

Good luck to everyone taking part — especially our very own BACKUP runners! Go smash it! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️👟💙
