SMASH BURGERS

2.5 to 3oz Sika mince
Smash thin in a hot pan till a crust
Add salt pepper & garlic powder then flip
Smear of Chimichurri. And slice of cheese
Layer multiple burgers with bacon 4 layers here

No bun for today just a stack 😁
Recommend 2 layers if in a bun
Add onions mushrooms and pickles to taste

Fat cap cross cut and salted
Air fryer 180° C roast 15mins
MC Cains chips 15mins
Melted butter with garlic powder and hot sauce

Sliced Onion & Peppers
Fry with the mince
Add your favourite Asian premix sauce (any good with beef are best )
.. in this case Morrisons Soy, Ginger and Garlic dipping sauce
Microwave Rice packet.
