Hello All
After an encounter at South Hill Park food festival this weekend we feel the need to reiterate something that should be common sense and part of human decency.
We will not accept, condone, or allow abusive language or actions towards ANY of our staff, especially the young people we have working with us.
No one should talk to others with the tone and language used today at any point in life, so why should it be acceptable when an innocent mistake in pricing is made (one that was corrected afterwards!).
No situation calls for shouting, filming, and accusations in a manor that upsets or scares others.
Thank you to those that continue to support this local family business, we know this doesn’t apply to most, but it is always Important to say.
