The sunshine is out and we’re loving it! 🌞 But please make sure you’re looking after yourselves and your little ones in this heat ❤️

💧 Keep hydrated – drink plenty of water throughout the day
🧴 Use sun cream and remember to reapply
🧢 Wear a hat and light clothing
🌳 Keep in the shade where possible, especially during the hottest parts of the day
👶 Keep an extra close eye on children and make sure they’re drinking plenty

🚨❤️ A MESSAGE FROM ROSSIS ICES — PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THIS ❤️🚨

What started off as a simple idea to help one family with £50 has turned into something much bigger than we ever imagined.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the idea, reached out and helped us get this started. ❤️

And a special thank you to Saj, who personally donated £200 from his own wages to help families in our community. 🤲❤️

From that initial £200, we’ve now been able to give £400 in total to families who are struggling — and we’ve decided that we don’t want this to end here.

We want to keep this going, no matter when it is. If you’re struggling, whether it’s putting food on the table, getting through the week, or simply finding things difficult, please don’t be afraid to reach out.

There is absolutely no judgement, and everything will be kept private and confidential. 🤝

Some of the stories we’ve heard have genuinely touched us. Knowing that there are children and families going hungry, wondering where their next meal is coming from, is something we simply can’t ignore. ❤️

No child should have to go to sleep hungry, and no family should have to struggle to put food on the table.

We might be an ice cream van, but we’re also part of this community. If we can make things just a little easier for someone, then that means more to us than any sale ever could. 🍦❤️

If you or someone you know is struggling, please message us privately. Don’t feel embarrassed and don’t feel like you’re asking for too much.

🍦❤️ A little safety message from Saj Rossi’s Ices ❤️🍦

We’ve had two very close calls this week, and it’s something we really wanted to mention.

When children come to the van for an ice cream, they often cross back over the road afterwards. Because they’re coming from behind the van, they can be hidden from passing traffic until the very last second.

We know children get excited (especially when ice cream is involved! 🍦😊), and sometimes they don’t stop and think before crossing. That’s why we’re asking all drivers to please be extra careful whenever you see Saj Rossi’s Ices or any ice cream van.

🚗 Please slow down, stay alert, and expect children to be crossing the road. Those few extra seconds could save a child’s life.

Nothing is more important than getting everyone home safely. Let’s all look out for one another and keep our communities safe this summer. ❤️

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who shared our last post and to those who reached out privately.

We know it isn’t easy to ask for help, and we truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us. ❤️

So far, we’ve been able to support 3 local families, giving £50 each towards food, household bills and other essential expenses.

Seeing the difference a small act of kindness can make has inspired us to do even more.

We’re now going to help another 5 families with £50 each. ❤️

🍦☀️ SUMMER’S HERE! FROM ME, SAJ AT ROSSI’S ICES – LET’S KEEP EVERYONE SAFE! ☀️🍦

Hi everyone, it’s Saj here! 😊

I’m absolutely buzzing to be out on the roads bringing all your favourite treats to you and your families these holidays! 🚐💨 I know as soon as you hear that little jingle, the excitement takes over – and I love seeing all those happy faces!

That’s exactly why I wanted to say a quick personal note about staying safe out there 🙏

🚦 To all my fellow drivers:
✅ Please slow down early when you spot my van 🚗
✅ Be ready to stop at any time ⛔
✅ Keep a real keen eye out for little ones popping out from pavements or behind parked cars 👀
✅ Pass nice and steady – those extra few seconds mean everything 🛑

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 And to all parents, carers and the kids:
Help me look after you all by remembering:
✔️ Stop, look both ways and listen before crossing 🚦
✔️ Never run towards the van or across the road 🏃💨
