Apparently, the weather will be a lot better today...!!
This week at Tiny Booth we have Sabzi Sambooseh - A Persian style pastry filled with spinach, feta, chickpeas & herbs... served with baked aubergines & green beans with pomegranate molasses & tomato, Herb grains, Spiked yoghurt, Tahini sauce, Tamarind & apple chutney & Fermented - Pickled vegetables...
OPEN 12 - 2pm ....Out of the wind, inside the lovely Muse...!!

This week I'm so excited to have fresh TEMPEH - so inspired by Indonesian & Malaysian flavours...
It's Tempeh Rendang - full of tumeric, lemongrass, ginger, toasted coconut & lime leaves with a Gado Gado side of chopped vegetables & a warm peanut & tamarind dressing...
OPEN 12 till 2pm Wednesday & Thursday... Inside the lovely Muse!!

What a day!!! I hadn't realised just how much work goes into putting BWBO on... Swper well done to Brecon Town Council and everyone who participated - BRILLIANT fun!!!
And diolch to everyone who came and ate... and shared a festive drink!!!!

Tiny Booth... With Bells On!!! I am at Brecon Market Hall tomorrow with Vietnamese Bo Kho - Local Beef!! AND Ca Ri Chay - Vegan!!
Jan is with me too styling her Traditional Bakes & Cakes - The Original Sweet n'Savory Master!!! There's loads on the Market stage AND loads of Seasonal Stalls too...
Also, there's LOADS on all around BRECON TOWN - Sion Corn the man himself is rumored to be in The Guild Hall... Lots of Super performances at Kensington Church... St. Marys Church has stalls n crafts... And Y Gaer! Plus all the shops & pubs etc.... EVERYONE has really made a huge effort!!!
Oh, and lights on at 6pm!!! See you all there - with bells on!!!

After eating a LOT of amazing food in Bristol I am sooo keen to try some of them out...
This week is Chinese inspired... with some veggies, pickles & ferments!!
OPEN 12 till 2pm eat in or takeaway!!

Tiny Booth is back this week with Japanese influenced flavors and ferments...
Sesame dressed aubergines with seasoned rice, ginger & dashi braised gorgeous squash, fermented cabbage & radish, edamame beans and Miso soup - perfect for a grey wet day!!!
OPEN Wednesday & Thursday 12 till 2pm inside the lovely warm & dry Muse!!!
I am closed next week - AGAIN - to celebrate Dave's birthday with more 'Market Research' for the pub!!! Eating out ALOT!! But back then every week from Wednesday November 19th... till Thursday 18th December!!!
