A huge thank you to everyone who supported us this week ❤️

Due to high winds, one of our events was unfortunately cancelled, leaving us with lots of extra Welshcakes. After putting a call out for help, we were overwhelmed by the response.

One of the questions we get asked most is why Eleri’s Welshcakes doesn’t have a welshcake shed.

The answer is a mix of practicality, sunshine ☀️ and regulations!

We absolutely love seeing fellow bakers’ cake sheds and the convenience they bring to local communities. We just wish it was a little easier for small businesses who are trying to do everything by the book.

We’re now taking orders for both COLLECTION and POSTAGE.

Even with the boiling heat, we still managed a full sellout! A huge thank you to everyone who came to see us this weekend ☀️🤎

Thankfully this stack went out the door before the temperature really kicked in… otherwise we might have ended up with a melted pile of Welshcakes 😅🍫
