This month‘s wine club takes a closer look at Sauvignon Blanc or more precisely not Sauvignon Blanc.

So if you’re a fan of Sauvvy B and want to broaden in your horizons, or just fancy trying a few different drops this one’s for you.

This weather can do one! Don’t know about you but I cannot wait for a little run of sunshine.

So wishing in some warmer times and at the very least less rain, I thought I would make paella this weekend.

I grabbed all my fish from as always, and as much as I love cooking my favourite part of all this is pairing the wine. Keeping with the theme of sunnier times I reached for one of my favourite summer wines - Txakoli Rosado from Bodegas Ameztoi and it didn’t let me down.

The lively red fruit and crisp acidity were a great match for the smokey chorizo, whilst the minerality of the wine complimented the seafood making for a much more enjoyable afternoon than watching the drizzle…
