BEHIND THE BOTTLE - Producer highlight. 🍇

We were super excited to try a few of Tom’s w**es at a recent tasting with Winemakers Club as they’ve been off the UK market for two years. An Australian who trained with Sean O’Callaghan at Tenuta di Carleone in Chianti Classico, Tom returned home to the Barossa Valley in 2007 and now farms his own 4 hectare parcel in the Adelaide Hills. These w**es are special: bright and delicious, a little bit different and with a signature Australian tongue-in-cheek attitude.
 
Currently available on the shelf at Native Vine, Redfield:
🍷 Gaillo 2022 - Moscato from the Barossa Valley. Aromatic, vibrant with fresh nectarine and a touch of herbs.
🍷 Beach 2022 - Chenin Blanc from the Barossa Valley. Mineral freshness, orchard fruit, slightly reductive - Chenin at it’s best.
🍷 Poolside 2022 - A w**e made from Barossa Syrah, inspired by Poulsard from the Jura - a light red made to drink by the poolside.

Please join us on Thursday 22nd October when we warmly welcome Matteo from Passione Vino to Native Vine.

Since 2003 Passione Vino has sought out the finest artisanal w**emakers across Italy representing some of the best of each region.

We will taste six w**es from the portfolio, covering different regions and styles. This will be a great introduction to Italian w**e.

As always our menu will be available to order throughout the evening.

Someone who is easy going, hardworking and curious about all things food and w**e.
You will provide excellent table service and be confident to eventually guide guests through our ever changing w**e selection.
We want someone who has experience in a busy restaurant, has excellent attention to detail and can handle the quiet nights as well as the busy ones.

If you like people and love talking about and tasting w**es we would love to hear from you.

- initially 25/30 hrs a week
