On Friday night we went to first supper club evening at .

The atmosphere was perfect and the food was delicious (and there was plenty of it).

Starters:
⭐️ A selection of breads baked in the woodfired pizza oven, served with fire roasted courgette and tahini dip topped with slow roasted red onion and pomegranate

⭐️ Kohlrabi and courgette fritters served with homegrown fermented rhubarb hot sauce

⭐️ Polenta chips served with Parmesan and micro greens

⭐️ Fire roasted beetroot and whipped goats salad finished with a spiced oil and micro herbs

Main:
⭐️ Summer pea ravioli with pea puree, roasted broccoli and homegrown pea shoots.

Dessert:
⭐️ Blackberry caramel tart by

You can see the the passion Dave has for cooking in every dish he makes and it’s obvious why he was on

Also the best part about this, the whole meal was under £30 and all the profits went back into the farm.
