Fat Nannies Hot Pepper Sauce

Fat Nannies Hot Pepper Sauce Enjoy Fat Nannies Hot Pepper Sauce. Use on the side as a dip, put it in soups, stews, curries and mayonnaise. Fat Nannie was the original spice girl.

Born Beulah Philomena Anselm Fontaine LeBruin in 1935 in Point Carib, Dominica. She grew up cooking for her eight brothers and sisters. She watched her mother conjure up big, bold curries, soups and stews, she learned how to mix and match tastes and textures, and she discovered she had a special magic when it came to spice. Beulah could make spicy food like nobody else in Point Carib and it was a

gift she took with her to England in 1957, settling in South London. Beulah fed her own six children with the tangy, tasty food of her childhood. She distilled her memories of her mother’s kitchen into this bottle of hot pepper sauce based on a family recipe that has been passed down through generations of natural-born cooks. Use on the side as a dip, put it in soups stews, curries and mayonnaises - in fact, any savoury dish that could do with a bit more love. But be warned: this is an adventure in a bottle.
