Starflex has designed and manufactured a bespoke combi unit with integrated counter assembly, engineered to efficiently transfer sachets directly from the sachet machine into the packaging boxes.

This bespoke solution forms part of a larger turnkey project comprising four machines, working together to create a streamlined and efficient packaging process.
Another example of Starflex combining precision engineering, automation and practical design to deliver complete solutions for our customers.

Custom Checkweigher Solution Designed by Starflex.

Starflex designed and developed a bespoke checkweigher to accurately receive 10g product drops from an existing multihead weigher.

The new weighing system is designed to accurately record each individual weight and communicate the data directly to the customer’s existing pouching machine, creating a seamless integration with their current production process.

A key challenge for the customer was the available machine height. To overcome this, Starflex designed the complete system at a low working level, allowing the equipment to fit within the existing production environment without compromising functionality.

Another great example of Starflex delivering a bespoke engineering solution around the customer’s existing equipment, space, and production requirements.

Engineering a smarter way to move newspapers.
Starflex was tasked with designing and developing a modular curved and declining conveyor system for a leading newspaper company in Norway, specifically engineered to transport bundles of newspapers efficiently and reliably.

Our solution combines modular design, smooth product handling and reliable conveying performance, providing the flexibility required for a newspaper distribution environment.

From concept and engineering through to the final solution, Starflex focuses on creating practical, dependable conveyor systems tailored to our customers’ specific requirements.

The customer needed to Checkweigh individual sachets coming from a twin lane machine and also accurately count the sachets into cases. Their issue was the space that was available. Our solution is compact, innovative and cost effective.
