It is going to be a busy weekend for the Wild Cow Dairy. We are really looking forward to being involved in this fantastic event and we look forward to meeting lots of familiar faces and new ones. We will be selling fresh milk, milkshakes, halloumi cheese, yoghurt and grass fed beef (All produced just 1 mile from the festival site - now that is what we mean by local!) Fresh local and community driven produce.

We will also be talking on the about farming and diversification so come and have a listen at 13.30 :)

Well this all looks a bit interesting..... we are very excited to say that thanks to all the support we have had we have finally started work on the first phase of our new future as a small independent dairy farm. It is amazing what we can achieve together and we cannot thank you all enough for making this happen. We will keep you all update on how things progress. What a great start to the week!

Hello Tenbury , EXCITING NEWS - we have something to tell you 😃 our amazing Wild Cow dairy milk is now available to buy in Tenbury . We are so excited to be working with Teme Valley Farm Shop . They are now stocking our fresh pasteurised milk, home made natural yoghurt and also are a collection hub for our raw milk. You can bring your own glass bottles and get fresh milk direct from the dispenser. For our raw milk you need to order online via our website (www.wictonfarm.co.uk) select Teme valley farm shop and collect your order every Monday.

The last job of the evening is to strain the yoghurt. We started making our first batch of yoghurt about a month ago and we have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback. It is thick, creamy and smooth. We strain it for about 8 hours overnight before whipping and potting it first thing tomorrow morning. You can buy it direct from our website.... www.wictonfarm.co.uk

Milking once a day allows us more freedom and flexibility in the evenings. Cooking from scratch with vegetables from the Wild Cow Garden is one of my greatest evening pleasures. We are lucky to be surrounded by good food made and grown just as nature intended
