A full shelf of Lion's Mane in the fruiting room right now — these
get cut in the morning and go straight to Slemish Market Garden on
Kernohans Lane in Ballymena, open from 10am. King Oyster and Blue
Oyster going with them.

Big news from the farm 🍄

From this Friday, 31st July, you'll be able to pick up Slemish Fungi mushrooms at Slemish Market Garden in Ballymena.

If you've never been, it's worth the trip. Frank, Linda and Matthew grow their own produce right there on site, completely chemical-free, working with nature rather than against it — and they've the Slow Food award for UK & NI Best Greengrocer to show for it. It's the only market garden in County Antrim.

Two Slemish businesses, one shelf. We couldn't be prouder to be sitting alongside their veg.

Every block is at a different stage right now — some Lion's Mane clusters are just waking up, others are already swelling into full, meaty fans. By midweek we'll have fresh Lion's Mane coming off the shelves.
