Can we help them smash their target 💜
🦔 Our big announcement is here… we’re building a Hedgehog ICU! 🦔
https://gofund.me/15737173c
We’ve got a second shed, and we’re going to be turning it into a dedicated Intensive Care Unit for our most poorly hedgehogs. This will allow us to keep them separately from those who are recovering, as well as increasing the number of hedgehogs we’re able to care for.
Since opening in July, we’ve already cared for 54 hedgehogs — and at times we’ve had to close to new admissions simply because we were full.
There’s quite a bit of work to do before our empty shed becomes a fully functioning Hedgehog ICU! We’ll be doing as much of the work ourselves as we can, but we’ve set up a GoFundMe for anyone who would like to help us get it up and running. 💚
Every pound raised goes towards helping the hedgehogs in our care.
