Usha's Very Own Indian Vegetarian Curries and Snacks

Usha's Very Own is an exciting new venture aimed at showing you how to create some of my favourite Indian Vegetarian Curries and Snacks (which I hope will become your favourites too) in the comfort of your own home or at a workshop near you. These dishes are typically Indian not flavours catering for the Western palate. Having helped my Mum from a very young age, I was cooking meals by the time I was eleven. This quickly progressed to making Indian Vegetarian Snacks and experimenting with flavours. To say I love cooking would be an understatement. Over the years, friends and family have commented favourably and then by chance the idea struck earlier this year whilst showing some dear friends how to make traditional samosas. We had a fun evening. I was still reluctant as to how my dishes would be received so started making batches of curries and snacks and sharing them amongst friends and colleagues. Their feedback and support has been exceptional.
