🫖🌟Send this to your Afternoon Tea Buddy 🤍 I doubt you’ve ever had one quite like this 👀

This was an absolutely faultless experience from start to finish. From the first interaction with a member of their staff, to the final sip of tea - everything was exceptional.

Myself and my partner were invited to try Morston Hall’s afternoon tea; Norfolk’s only Michelin-Starred take on the classic English tradition. We obviously had high expectations, and were not disappointed. Just look at the gorgeous view we had 🪴😍 ☀️

The Afternoon Tea is £45pp and includes:

🥒 Cucumber & crème fraiche
🐑 Lamb & bitter leaf

💛Summer on a plate ☀️ Saffron Milk Cake 🍰

My new favourite cake ever 💛 Saffron is my favourite spice (why I named my daughter after it!) so I made a practice run cake for her birthday party. And ohhhh my… it’s like a full on dessert. The sweetness from the condensed milk mixed with the earthy, floral saffron taste and the nuttiness from the pistachios is 😍 I added some pomegranate seeds to cut through the richness which worked really well.

Anyway, in case you can’t tell - I recommend making this cake!! DM me for the recipe 🥰
