Here on the Causeway Coast, our Cooldarragh Sloe Gin begins with berries gathered locally, right on our doorstep. They donβt travel far, and they donβt need to. The best ingredients are often the ones growing closest to home.
We steep these wild sloe berries in our signature The Shore Born Gin for 10 months, allowing time to draw out their deep colour, rich character and naturally tart, hedgerow fruitiness.
Nothing artificial. No added flavours. No concentrates. Just local sloes, our gin, a little sugar and a lot of patience.
From branch to bottle, every drop captures a little of our landscape, our seasons and the wild hedgerows of the North Coast.
