A little last-minute order from a few weeks ago 😍

A 6” chocolate cake covered in rich chocolate buttercream, finished with a glossy chocolate drip and those delicious chocolate swirls on top 🤎🍫Sometimes the simplest cakes are just the prettiest! 🥰

Recently the cake shed has been a lot quieter than usual and being completely honest I've been so disheartened and worried about it, I put so much love, time & energy into each bake, but there has been a lot of times recently where I've been questioning the future of Chescas Cakery.

Im a genuine believer in fate and today it felt like the universe needed me to hear something, a lovely gentleman who I've never met before, never seen - a complete stranger had visited the shed actually knocked on my door afterwards just to tell me how well he thought I was doing with the cakes and how "it was bloody good stuff" & to keep it up 🥹🥹 We had a little chat through the Ring doorbell and I honestly cannot tell you how much that small gesture meant to me. I genuinely rang my husband and sobbed a little 🥹(happy tears of course)

If you happen to see this - thank you so so much ❤️ You probably don’t realise how much you lifted my spirits today. Sometimes a few kind words at exactly the right moment can make such a difference, so again thank you!!

Thank you to everyone who continues to support my little business 🧁❤️

Please keep sharing the Cake Shed with your friends and family - it really does make a difference 💕
