I apologise from the bottom of my heart to have let you all down especially to everyone whom have donated.
I did not finish the Henley marathon swim today.
17 degrees water temperature.
I only managed to reach almost the first lock, less than 2 hours in the river, but I couldn't stayed longer any more.
Ambulance have used as many blanket as they could as my body temperature reached 33C.
All I can feel was my body shivering and my teeth chattering.
I am really very sorry.

This Sunday, 11th of August,
I will attemp to swim 8 miles from Henley on Thames to Marlow.
With Wetsuit and a tow float.
My start time is 730am.
Leaving Calne at 3am to reach Marlow by 5am for registrations.
This runs downstream along the River Thames from Henley to Marlow.
It is split into 4 stages, with feeding stations and exit routes to avoid the
locks. The four stages are approximately 4km / 5km / 1.5km / 2.5km.
There will be a cut-off time at each lock, to ensure that all swimmers complete
the course within six and a half hours.
All swimmers must be through Hambleden Lock by 10:30
All swimmers must be through Hurley Lock by 13:00
All swimmers must be through Temple Lock by 13:45
