A 2 tier Chocolate Cake for my nephew's 18th Birthday!!
I tried different techniques to try and make the cake both flat and stable, so it could be transported like this from Cambridge to Kent, and by the grace of God, it worked!!!

My first Wedding Cake of 2025!! I must admit, I was nervous when I was asked but when the bride and groom chose cakes from my page, I felt truly flattered and had to say yes! This is my 2nd wedding cake since starting my business and my profile is slowly but gradually growing, as well as my confidence and experience, although I'm still learning every step of the way. Here are some of the photos of the cakes. I received so many compliments, some guests were excited that they didn't have to fruit cake lol (doesn't seem very popular these days) and very also impressed with how much effort I had put into these cakes. I am so happy I completed this order and I do hope to do more of these in the future. P.s. which cake would you have had a slice of? Baileys chocolate, Vanilla with raspberry sauce or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting?

I don't normally bake with nuts but my husband loves it, so I made a cake using two of his favourite things, cashew nuts and pear and he and my girls loved! Have you tried this combination before? If not, would you give it a try?

Chocolate is definitely one of my most popular cakes to make. I've baked a phish food ben and Jerry's ice-cream inspired cake, an eggless chocolate came and a plant-based chocolate cake. I'm very grateful to be able to cater to various dietary needs.
