There is something deeply satisfying about turning a few simple ingredients into a living, sparkling drink.

Join us on Sunday 14 June in Cambridge for The Art of Kombucha, a hands-on FermenTABLE workshop designed to introduce you to the fascinating world of fermentation and help you confidently brew kombucha at home.

Whether you’re completely new to fermentation or looking to refine your skills, you’ll learn the fundamentals of brewing, flavouring and caring for your kombucha, while exploring the traditions, science and wellbeing benefits behind this increasingly popular fermented drink.

This 4-hour immersive experience at Storey’s Field Centre brings together hands-on learning with fermentation expert Catalina Brumann of Fermentable, followed by a zero-waste feast crafted by Michelin-trained chef Rowen Halstead.
