Our Jerk Yard Box.

Protein rich and packed full of flavour. With Caribbean rice. We use brown for the fibre. This rice is cooked slowly infused with spices and coconut milk.

Our 'streetcorn', Sweetcorn mixed with finely chopped red onion, chillies, jerk roasted chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil & lime.

And Jerk marinated grilled Northern Irish Chicken.

When we were coming up with this recipe, we wanted to create good flavour with warming complementary spices that don't give you that pain in your belly the nasty additives do.

Pressure cooked to make them extra tender and dipped into one of our homemade sauces.
