We are looking for pastry chefs, assistant pastry chefs, as well as kitchen porter/cleaner.

Desserts made for the 21st century.

In a day and age where allergen management is so important, it is imperative that food businesses make a change as well as keeping the quality up to the best they can.
What a good time to be alive when you think that you can get your hands on patisserie like that! 😉
As always, our desserts are vegan, 95% of them made using non glutinous flour, without compromising on taste, textures and look!

No nuts macarons!
Most of our customers need to stay away from nuts nowadays. So we listened, and we came up yet again with a solution.
Taking our skills a Macaron making to the next level and bringing macarons that don’t contain nuts is such an amazing process.
In a world where allergies and intolerances become more and more common, it is important to listen to the demand and to have the skills to answer it.
Our rhubarb and custard macarons will be a success on next year’s menus!
