possibly a new a dish as well ever hung a marinated pork belly over a bbq before ? me either

Steeped in history nestled in some might say the most beautiful country in the world is an annual welsh tradition

To say I’m humbled is an understatement 3 years ago with a pipe dream of bringing Welsh produce and local suppliers to streetfood now we’re here the royal welsh fu***ng show ground

We’re be celebrating all week bringing our bbq rigs award wining suppliers and some say the best thing they ever put in there mouth (Mary aged 36 I think ) you can catch us at the food village

Everyone know someone who has been affected by this and the guys at Maggies In swansea are doing some great work for the Community in south Wales as a whole❤️❤️if you guys can’t make Swansea. We hear at Sin nombre will be doing a one of beef taco and donating 10% of our take for that day to this great cause hopefully see you Beautiful people soon ❤️❤️

'It was all a dream' has been in our Instagram bio since day 1 of this Sin Nombre Taco journey.

Fast forward one year, and goodness me, do those words ring true.

Thousands of tacos served, pop ups, weddings, events, and a whole load more. The most exciting thing? We're just getting started.
