We are settling in to our new production unit and it’s now time to introduce to one of our new features. Our Himalayan Salt Ageing Chamber. This is where the finest Welsh beef and some cuts of Welsh lamb and mutton will mature.
This natural process enhances tenderness, concentrates flavour and creates a richer, more complex steak experience.
We have elevated our field to fork experience even further!
