Hi all,

I’m still here plodding on! Last week was horrendous but I got through it!

Moo Moo’s Coffee Shop & Catering | Cardiff will be stocked tomorrow these biscoff stuffed brownies are always a hit and will be on the counter in the morning.

Absolute banger of a bake heading to tomorrow.

My signature cookie dough loaded with hazelnut spread, topped with more spread and a kinder Beuno bar for good measure!

Top tip: warm these up for 20-30 seconds they are incredible (if I do say so myself!)

These, plus Oreo brownies and cookie crunch slices will be on the counter tomorrow.

Ok, so the demand for the Easter cheesecakes at Moo Moo's Coffee Shop & Catering has been bonkers!!

On Monday I’ll drop over a double order and hope they last more than a day!

I plan to make the mini egg and nutella again and creme egg cheesecake.

I’ll drop them Monday - I know it’s bank holiday but the centre is open, you can just pop in a grab them!

Sorry 😢

As we head into the last day tomorrow of this half term, I can honestly say I’m more exhausted than I was at Christmas.

Life is hard AF at the moment I feel like I’m letting people down left, right and centre.

Why am I apologising on my baking page? Well, because I’ve had to say no to so many people about ordering for Easter. I feel terrible but I literally have no time at all.

Yes the money would be lovely but at what cost?

I am so sorry if you have received an ‘I’m sorry’ message from me today or yesterday but I’m just trying to be honest.

I will end on a positive note and say will still be fully stocked on Thursday, Saturday and Monday- silver lining eh?!

I’ll make sure all the goodies are there over Easter, there will even be my signature cheesecakes too!

I will try my best to get some summer holiday treat boxes out I promise.

I can’t believe I haven’t posted since Christmas! Well, I actually can, because well, life!

It’s so busy at the moment, when isn’t it?!
However, just one more week and we get some down time for half term.

As always coffee shops will be restocked every Monday, Thursday and Saturday with all the goodies.

These white chocolate cookie dough slices will be heading there in the morning, along with the Biscoff brownies and some cornflake crunch slices.

Remember you can grab these via the and app from the coffee shops.

One more week school staff, we can do it!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I’ve been a bit AWOL for the last month or so, it was absolutely bonkers leading up to Xmas.

I know it’s a bit late but I am grateful to everyone who ordered Xmas Yule logs, I hope you enjoyed! If you popped to the Fayre or grabbed some goodies from thank you!!

I’m back in the kitchen this morning ready to stock up the coffee shops tomorrow.

Normality has resumed, restock will take place on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

Now, I know that you are going to say ‘January diets’ and all that, everything in moderation I say!

The school bag is out ready for tomorrow, I’m thinking of everything heading back to work after the break, we can do this!
