Low Assets Low Impact 🌻

So you want to live on your own land but can't afford a farm?

By pooling resources a group of people can afford to buy much more land than they can on their own. Some people just want to get more for their money, some want to work and share more with their neighbours and some are seeking to build off grid Low Impact sustainable community.

Whichever of these is your current aim, this gathering is for you.

A gathering of people interested in joining together to access land, by purchase or long lease, with the aim of living sustainably on it.
This includes, but is not limited to;
Welsh TAN6 One Planet Development
Co-Housing
Housing Co-ops, including secondaries
Intentional Community
Eco- villages
Buy to split (subdividing)
Tented camps (Yurts, Tipis, Benders)
Traveller Sites (Trucks and Trailers)
Park Homes.

Two days of workshops and content led by people with real life experience of getting things done, founding co-ops, multi- plot projects, land trusts, sharing land, fundraising. These practitioners will also be available for Q&A.

Mostly, this is an opportunity to meet and spend time with other peopl in a similar position to your own and actively seeking group solutions.

Friday 22nd September 6:00 pm to Sunday 24th September 6:00 pm

The venue is one of the very first OPD's- Nant-y-Cwm Farm, Caerphilly

The gathering fee is £150 to cover all content, meals, refreshments and campsite facilities. You just need to bring your shelter.

Sunflowers opening up in our 3 sisters bed 🌻

The 3 sisters planting style is a Native American technique that encompasses 3 plants - one tall growing plant (corn, sunflower etc), one climbing crop (beans, peas) and a ground creeper (squash, courgette etc) - together these 'Three Sisters' create a symbiotic and productive garden 🪴
