Egg Shed Restocked 🙌 there is a new QR code (thank you for letting me know the other one wasn’t working!) however, I am no longer accepting PayPal as they charge almost 25% service fee, so it is now a bank transfer.

The QR code will automatically input £2 but you can change the amount! Any probs please let me know, thank you!

Egg shed restocked, 5 boxes available at the moment. Some of the hens are still on a laying break, and the shed is getting popular! Thank you all!! I may need to expand my flock soon 😁

Hi all! I’ve had a large order of eggs so the shed will be empty until this evening! I’ll post once it’s been topped up, thanks

Thank you to all my new followers/customers! I have topped the shed up for today, there are currently 4 boxes left. Unfortunately one of my hens has got into a habit of smashing eggs when she is laying 😭 so a few went back to the chickens today 🥚

5 boxes left in the shed, another few boxes will be in this afternoon once the girls have laid for the day 🥰🥚

⚠️ People urged to check eggs as salmonella cases in Wales rise following UK outbreak.

Sadly, one person has died and hundreds have fallen ill from the infection. The outbreak may be linked to eggs imported to the UK from abroad, with cases associated with eating out, from small cafés, restaurants and takeaway businesses, according to the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA).

As of August 25, the UKHSA has recorded 259 confirmed cases and one death from salmonella linked to the first Salmonella Enteritidis cluster.

Since WalesOnline last reported that there had been a case in Wales on August 18, Public Health Wales has now confirmed a further seven cases.

People across the country are now being urged to check their eggs before consuming them in order to reduce the risk of contracting salmonella.

To verify your egg is safe to eat, check for the Red Lion symbol, alongside the eight digit code.

Egg Shed Restocked! Sorry for the lack of eggs over the weekend, some of the girls are still on a laying break, and I was waiting a delivery of egg boxes… the boxes arrived and now my printer is out of ink 😂 so the boxes don’t have labels at the moment!

More eggs going in later/tomorrow!
