Hi all, well the temperature outside has definitely dropped the past couple of days now it’s feeling more autumnal 🍁 who’s looking forward to the half term break? 🎃 I sure am 😀 darker cosy nights are in sight 👀 ☕️ 🧤🧣
🟤 this also means there’s a change in what I bake for the hut 🤩
The hut will OFFICIALLY BE CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER 1ST for winter ❄️ 🎅🏻
So for the next 2 weeks when the the hut is open you will find some of the best sellers of brownies cookie pies sponges but also some winter warmers like crumbles, sticky toffee pudding, cinnamon swirls, bara brith and syrup sponges.
So come and support your local home made bake hut for the last 2 weekends of 2026! I again just want to express a huge thank you for all the custom sugar rush has had this year 🥰🫶🏻 I appreciate you all, the hut may close Nov 1st but I’m still taking Christmas orders of brownie Yule logs, cupcakes and cookie slabs, and celebration cake/buffet enquiries/bookings will continue as normal, Jo x

I’m going to take a short break from the hut this week coming during it’s quiet period but il be back the following week with a few favourites and some autumn warmers (crumbles, sticky toffee pudding etc) like last year before the hut closes for the winter ❄️ I hope you all have a lovely week ahead, Jo x
