hello ! Remember me? Its sashi of tymor 🙂‍↕️ I am back in cardigan and back in the kitchen - this time at the white hart community inn, st dogs. Every saturday 5:30-8:30 and every sunday 12-3 this August with a seriously delicious menu with influences from south east Asia and the middle east.

Hiya ! 🚨 we are back open this Sunday for the last take away before we close for the season 🚨 so sorry we’re so late posting the menu - u know what we’re like 🙃

We are taking Christmas back to its roots and serving up a delicious feast inspired by Palestinian cuisine. Who knows, maybe some of the dishes on this weekends menu would have been served at the inn in Bethlehem where Mary and Joseph got turned away in labour w baby iesu ! Probably the harissa burger !

10% from each order will be donated to the Palestine solidarity campaign 🇵🇸

And as Christmas is a time for giving we will be giving out free mulled wine this Sunday - we want to say thank you for all the support, enthusiasm and encouragement you’ve given us this year. We couldn’t be more grateful. 🥲So bring a flask and we’ll fill it up 😎

🎄 CHRISTMAS OPENING INFO🎄

Erm well it’s December !! That zoomed round quick 🥲 We will be closing in the new year for a few months - it’s time to rest and do summing different - we really hit the ground running with this back in February with no real thoughts beyond our first pop up ! It has been an amazing & crazy year of learning, evolving, laughing, stressing and chopping a lot of blydi veg.

We will no longer be open this weekend !! We have been booked to cater a cwpl of private parties 🎉 🥂🍽 and we unfortunately don’t have the staff to be able to do both.

You can catch us for the last time .wales on the 7th (next Tuesday) for good lunch, fresh juices, and the only organic coffee in cardigan ☕️

We will be opening for take away on Sunday the 12th of December 4-8 ! This will be our last take away for the foreseeable future ! Let us know if there is anything u simply need to eat before 2022 in the comments 😎

We will then be popping up .wales on the 18th of December for swshi night - which will be our last event of the year. More TBA on this soon but - save the date - byob- vegan sushi - be there x

A very belated thank you to all that came to our pop up at the on Thursday.
What a night ! Was great to see so many of you there eating, drinking & being merry.
Thanks to everyone at the tipi for having us, and for all the help and support. We couldn’t have done it without you and your amazing staff.
We somehow managed not to get a single food pic so if anyone has any please send them our way!

After what can only be described as a hectic week lol we are taking this weekend off to rest so we won’t be opening for take away this evening! We’ll be back next Sunday with something delicious. See ya then.

that awkward moment when I forgot to order bags this week 😔 just realised !! If you are coming for a take away tonight could you please do us a huge favour and BYOB ( bring yer own bag ) we have a limited number of boxes we can pack orders into so we should make it through the night x diolch !

Our signature beef style beetroot patty is made w smoked & roasted tofu, shiitake mushrooms, sun dried toms and is super meaty & full of umami flavours. Served with our home made date ketchup, chimmichurri mayo, pickles, Welsh leaves & crispy onion rings all tucked up in a bun baked in house. 100% made from scratch, 100% flippin delicious !

💕🍗CHICKN KATSU🍗💕
Crispy battered oyster mushroom is the star of the show on this burger !! Something like fried chickn 😛 smothered in katsu ketchup & miso mayo, w pickled ginger & Welsh leaves in a bun baked in house. Really blydi good burger. So many of you have asked about it since it made its first appearance back in July so we’re pleased to announce its righteous return.

Both burgers available vegan and gluten free.
Fries, sides & puds too !!

Our friends at the pizza tipi are hosting a series of pop ups leading up to crimbo and we’re going first next Thursday !!

We will be serving up a seriously delicious, locally sourced, seasonal feast with some exciting new dishes and some old favourites. The night will be a set menu costing £20 per person and booking is to be done via the pizza tipi website - www.pizzatipi.co.uk

We are so looking forward to putting some food on plates instead of in boxes and serving you seated with a smile instead of a brown paper bag. We hope you can make it !!

The fire will be crackling, the pints will be flowing and the times will be good.
