Twenty minutes ago this was a box of courgettes.

We handed the kitchen to a chef for the afternoon. Courgette, spring onion & tomato, a green salad with walnuts, warm flatbreads ā€” cooked in the open, served at the counter, recipe cards for anyone who wanted to make it again.

The best amenity isnā€™t a thing you install. Itā€™s a reason to come downstairs.
